A spokesperson for the Ministry said that the booking for the private Hajj scheme will remain open from January 10 to January 31, 2025. The details of different Hajj packages are available on the Ministry’s website.
He added that the basic private Hajj packages range from approximately 1.1 million to 2.15 million Pakistani rupees. Hajj organizing companies will book for private pilgrims based on the agreement (SPA) for providing facilities.
The spokesperson mentioned that for packages costing more than 3 million rupees, approval from the “Hajj Policy Formulation Committee” will be required. Hajj organizers must provide complete details when seeking approval for such packages.
He further explained that the details of those buying or selling packages over 3 million rupees will be shared with the FBR and other relevant authorities.

The Ministry’s spokesperson also advised private pilgrims to confirm their bookings through the Ministry’s website or the “Pak Hajj” mobile app. Payments should only be made through the company’s bank account, and an agreement for services must be obtained.
Pilgrims were advised to thoroughly check the facilities included in their Hajj packages before finalizing their bookings.
