Pakistan Railways has unveiled its plans to operate special trains for domestic passengers during the festive occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
As per the railway officials, three exclusive trains will be deployed, originating from Quetta, Karachi, and Lahore. The inaugural Eid special train will embark on its journey from Quetta to Peshawar on June 26, followed by the Eid special train from Karachi to Lahore on June 27.
Subsequently, after Eid, the third special train will run from Lahore to Karachi on July 3.
Officials have highlighted that each of the Eid special trains will comprise 10 coaches.
It is worth mentioning that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) had previously announced a 10% discount on domestic flight fares in celebration of Eid-ul-Adha.
