ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced that the MDCAT-2024 exam will take place nationwide, including Federal Capital’s Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan, on September 22, 2024.
This exam is necessary to get into public and private medical and dental colleges. Students are advised to register on the official PM&DC website starting August 5th.
In accordance with the directives of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government and PM&DC, the paper-based exam will be conducted simultaneously in six regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Abbottabad, Swat, and Dir Lower.
To discuss these directives and ensure careful planning and execution, Vice Chancellor KMU Prof. Dr. Zia ul Haq chaired a special meeting.
The meeting concentrated on the directives from PMDC and the Provincial Government, which stress the importance of thorough planning and efficient execution to maintain high standards of transparency in the MDCAT examination process.
During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor provided participants with an overview of the necessary arrangements, logistics, and timelines. He also requested their input and suggestions to ensure the successful and fair conduct of the MDCAT-2024 examination.
