ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will operate special charter flights for fans and teams participating in the ICC Champions Trophy, starting on February 19, 2025.
The tournament will feature eight teams playing matches in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Dubai until March 9.
Teams from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, and South Africa will compete. All matches, except those involving India, will take place in Pakistan. India’s matches will be held in Dubai.

A PIA spokesperson mentioned that the airline will assist international teams traveling between the cities in Pakistan.
In collaboration with the Pakistan Cricket Board, PIA has arranged special charter flights for domestic travel of participating cricket teams.
During the event, nine special charter flights will connect Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore to ensure smooth transportation. PIA has also planned to highlight Pakistan’s culture on these flights.
