LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz officially launched the enrollment campaign at Pakistan’s first state-of-the-art Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Education.

The centre introduces a modern learning system, colorful classrooms, a high-quality environment, and top facilities, matching standards of the best private institutions.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz began the campaign by ringing the preschool bell. Provincial Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat’s young son, Muhammad Yousaf, was among the first children to be enrolled. Rana Sikandar also became the first provincial minister to admit his child to a government school.

Maryam Nawaz also unveiled the official uniform of the Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Education. She toured the facility, met with children and their parents, and received praise for launching such a unique educational initiative in Pakistan. Parents appreciated the government’s step in providing free, high-quality education for young children.
