ISLAMABAD: The enforcement wing of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) carried out an operation in Park Enclave Phase-I, resulting in the demolition of 48 houses and over a dozen boundary walls as part of their crackdown on encroachments.
An official from the CDA stated that these ongoing operations are aimed at eliminating encroachments in non-developed and under-developed residential sectors.
However, concerns remain regarding the ability of the civic body to effectively prevent the land mafia from encroaching on its land, necessitating repeated operations to remove encroachers.
