Fast Track Passport Fees in Pakistan Increase: What You Need to Know

The fees for the Passport Fast Track Category in Pakistan have been increased, with the new fees applicable from Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP) has implemented a fee increase for fast-track passports. According to an Official Notification, a 36-page machine-readable passport with a 5-year validity now costs Rs. 12,500.

The fee for a 72-page passport is Rs. 18,500, and for a 100-page passport, it is Rs. 23,000.

After the implementation of the new fees, the charges for 36, 72, and 100 pages for a 10-year machine-readable passport will be Rs. 16,200, Rs. 25,200, and Rs. 32,000 respectively. The increased fee will be applicable from Wednesday, May 8. It should be noted that the new passport fee will be for the ‘fast track’ category.

New Fees for Passports with 5 Years Validity:

  • 36-page machine-readable passport with a 5-year validity: Rs. 12,500
  • 72-page passport: Rs. 18,500
  • 100-page passport: Rs. 23,000

New Fees for Passports with 10-Year Validity:

  • 36-page passport: Rs. 16,200
  • 72-page passport: Rs. 25,200
  • 100-page passport: Rs. 32,000
