ISLAMABAD: The President of the All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association, Dr. Malik Abrar Hussain, has announced the holiday schedule for Eid ul-Fitr 2024.
Private educational institutions across the country will observe Eid-ul-Fitr holidays from April 10 to April 14. Dr. Malik Abrar Hussain mentioned that regular activities will resume for these institutions from Monday, April 15, 2024.

According to a notification from the Cabinet Division, offices will have varying holiday schedules based on their working days. Those following a five-day workweek will be closed for holidays from Wednesday, April 10, to Friday, April 12. For workplaces with a six-day workweek, the holidays will extend from Wednesday, April 10, to Saturday, April 13.
It’s worth noting that Eid-ul-Fitr is expected to be observed nationwide on either April 10 or 11, depending on the moon sighting.
