The Islamabad Market Committee has released the official price list for fruits, effective Sunday, 2 February 2025.
Kinnow is now fully ripe and widely available in the market. Grade A kinnow is priced between PKR 340 and 370 per dozen. Some supermarkets and regions sell it by weight (kilogram), while others offer it by the dozen. Smaller-sized and lower-quality kinnows are also available at more affordable prices, catering to a variety of consumer needs.
The updated list indicates that most fruit prices have remained stable, with only minor fluctuations seen in certain items—either a slight increase or decrease. The list includes a selection of seasonal produce such as bananas, oranges, apples, guavas, grapes, and other fresh fruits currently available in the market.

The Islamabad Market Committee has officially announced the updated retail prices for live chicken (Zinda Murghi) and eggs, effective Sunday, 2 February 2025.
According to the revised rates, the price of live chicken (Zinda Murghi) has experienced a minor increase today, rising by Rs. 10 per kilogram to Rs. 420, following a recent decrease from Rs. 425 to Rs. 405 per kilogram.
Additionally, the price of eggs has slightly risen from Rs. 221 to Rs. 223 per dozen, after dropping from Rs. 240 to Rs. 221 just two days ago.
These prices are applicable throughout the city to ensure fair pricing for all consumers.
