CDA modifies FR-08C electric bus route in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has modified the route of its electric bus service, FR-08C, to enhance accessibility and ease commuting.

The revised route now runs between PIMS Hospital and Capt. Naeem Tufail Shaheed Chowk, passing through the busy Faizabad interchange.

The revised FR-08C route covers H-8, Kachnar Park I-8, and Faizabad, improving connectivity to residential areas, educational institutions, and public amenities. ensuring better access to educational institutions, residential neighborhoods, and public facilities.

The revised route now covers ITP Driving License Centre, Margalla Town, Garden Avenue, Rawal Town, School Board Stop, Rawal Dam Colony, N.A.R.C Colony, N.I.H Allergy Center, Shahzad Town, Park View City, Green Avenue, Chatta Bakhtawar, Hostel City, COMSATS University, and Tamma Stop, before reaching Capt. Naeem Tufail Shaheed Chowk.

Islamabad Electric Bus Route FR-08C;

On the other news, CDA Islamabad updated the route of Electric Bus FR-05, from Police Foundation to Sector D-12.

As per the CDA spokesperson, the route will start from Police Foundation Metro Station, pass through Federal Government College, and end at D-12 Markaz.
