The closures include:

  • Stadium Flyover to Hassan Square and Hassan Square Flyover to National Stadium will be closed for traffic during these hours.

Heavy vehicles and commercial traffic will follow specific detours. Entry to the Drigh Road from Car Saz on Shahrah-e-Faisal will be restricted. These vehicles will need to use Drigh Road as an alternative route.

There will be a temporary ban on heavy and commercial vehicles from entering Millennium Mall to Stadium Road. These vehicles will be diverted to routes like NEPA, Askeri 4, and Drigh Road.

Vehicles coming from Jail Chowrangi to Hassan Square will not be allowed. Drivers can use Shaheed Millat Road or Teen Hatti as alternatives.

Traffic coming from New Town towards Stadium Road will also be diverted to Peoples Chowrangi and Shaheed Millat Road. Similarly, heavy vehicles coming from Liaquatabad 10 towards Hassan Square will be redirected to Teen Hatti.

In addition, both sides of Ser Shah Sulaiman Road near Hassan Square and National Stadium Road will be closed to regular traffic. People can use alternative routes like Gharibabad to Shahrah-e-Faisal or Hassan Square to University Road via NEPA.

Traffic Police has asked citizens to follow the new traffic plan and cooperate with officers. The spokesperson also reminded everyone not to park on main roads or service roads to avoid problems. If you need help, you can call the traffic police at 1915 or message them on WhatsApp at 0305-9266907.
