ISLAMABAD: The annual exams 2025 for classes 9 and 10 in North Waziristan, managed by the Bannu Division Board, have been postponed.
According to a report from a private newspaper, the Bannu Board issued a notification stating that the exams were delayed for the convenience of students and the well-being of the supervisory staff.
The notification mentioned that the exams for classes 9 and 10 were supposed to start today, April 8.
On the other hand, the district administration said that the exams at Razmak Cadet College will take place as per the schedule.

Meanwhile, in Karachi, the annual exams for classes 9 and 10 for 2025 are starting today. For these exams, 499 examination centers have been set up. Admit cards for all regular students have been made available online on the board’s official portal.

It should be noted that earlier, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had postponed the annual matric and intermediate exams due to Ramadan. The provincial government instructed all educational boards to delay the matric exams and hold them in April after Ramadan.
A spokesperson from the Peshawar Education Board said that the exams would take place after Ramadan, and the purpose of postponing them was to provide convenience to students during the month. The annual matric exams in the province were originally scheduled for March 5, but after the delay, they will now start on April 8.
