KARACHI: The Sindh government has asked the newly appointed chairmen of all eight education boards to take charge of their positions immediately. These chairmen were selected by a search committee.

According to a private newspaper report, the Sindh High Court rejected a petition against the appointment of the new chairmen. After this decision, the Boards and Universities Department told the new chairmen to take charge so that the current chairmen could not get further court orders to stop them.
