ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has formed a negotiating committee comprising members of the government’s allies for talks with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Last night, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said that Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq has assured him that a government committee will be formed for talks, and it is hoped that the committee will be formed by tomorrow and talks will be held.
Following this, Speaker Ayaz Sadiq confirmed Barrister Gohar’s statement and said that, in response to the formation of the negotiating committee by the PTI, the Prime Minister of Pakistan had been requested to form a government negotiating team.
