Governor Sindh Kamran, Federal Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, and Provincial Minister Jam Akramullah Dharijo welcomed the Pakistanis.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Sindh Kamran Tesori said that the government made it possible for the Pakistanis to return home safely from Lebanon. He added that they will continue to bring back those stranded.

Governor Sindh stated that the timely action of the embassies played an important role in the quick return of Pakistanis. He expressed relief that 71 Pakistanis had returned safely from war-torn Lebanon and also shared his concern for Lebanese citizens affected by Israeli bombings.

Kamran Tesori further remarked that Israel spread the war from Palestine to Lebanon, but the world remains silent. He called for Muslim countries to unite against Israel to stop the war imposed on Lebanon.

On this occasion, Federal Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui stated in a conversation at Karachi Airport that the entire region was in a state of war at that time. It was a very difficult phase, and communication with people was impossible. The federal government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs worked very effectively in this regard.

Sindh Industries Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharijo said that the Sindh government played an excellent role.

It should be noted that two days ago, sources had reported that permission had been granted for a special flight to evacuate Pakistanis from Lebanon.
