Pakistani Squash duo advances to Mile High 360 Classic final

KARACHI: Two Pakistani squash players, Muhammad Asim Khan and Muhammad Ashab Irfan, made it to the final of the Mile High 360 Squash Classic after winning their semifinal matches.

Khan had a tough match against another Pakistani, Noor Zaman, but managed to come back from behind and win in five games.
Khan staged a comeback after losing the first two games, saving match points in the third game before winning the final two sets.

In the other semifinal, Irfan easily defeated England’s Tom Walsh in three sets.

Semifinal 1:

  • Muhammad Asim Khan (PAK) vs. Noor Zaman (PAK): 6-11, 8-11, 14-12, 11-9, 11-2

Semifinal 2:

  • Muhammad Ashab Irfan (PAK) vs. Tom Walsh (ENG): 11-8, 11-7, 11-3


The final will be between two Pakistani players, Muhammad Asim Khan and Muhammad Ashab Irfan.
