ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced new office timings for Ramadan 2025 (1446 AH). These timings will make it easier for citizens to access services during fasting hours while also allowing NADRA staff to observe their fasts without difficulty.

Single Shift Offices:

Citizens can go to the nearest NADRA Registration Centre with the required documents to apply for or update their identity documents.
Note: Offices in some areas will start working at 8 AM.
CNIC and B-Form Fees Stay the Same for March 2025
NADRA has confirmed that fees for obtaining a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and B-Form remain unchanged.

As per law, a CNIC is necessary for various services, including getting a driving license, National Tax Number (NTN), passport, mobile phone connection, and bank account. The CNIC is also important for educational institute admissions and healthcare, as it helps verify identities and link medical records.
CNIC Fees (As of March 2025)

- Standard Smart CNIC: Rs750

- Urgent Smart CNIC: Rs1,500

- Executive Smart CNIC: Rs2,500
To apply for a new CNIC, applicants must present a birth certificate or matriculation result card, and one of their parents (father or mother) must be present with their own CNIC, as required by NADRA rules.
B-Form Fees (As of March 2025)

- Executive B-Form: Rs500
The Child Registration Certificate (CRC), also known as the B-Form, is used to register a newborn in NADRA’s system.
