As per law, a CNIC is necessary for various services, including getting a driving license, National Tax Number (NTN), passport, mobile phone connection, and bank account. The CNIC is also important for educational institute admissions and healthcare, as it helps verify identities and link medical records.

    • Standard Smart CNIC: Rs750
    • Urgent Smart CNIC: Rs1,500
    • Executive Smart CNIC: Rs2,500

To apply for a new CNIC, applicants must present a birth certificate or matriculation result card, and one of their parents (father or mother) must be present with their own CNIC, as required by NADRA rules.

B-Form Fees (As of March 2025)

    • Regular B-Form: Rs50
    • Executive B-Form: Rs500
