ISLAMABAD: Qatar Airways has clarified recent reports of closing offices across Pakistan to reduce operational costs.
According to the report, Qatar Airways has denied all claims of closing offices in Pakistan.
The airline wrote in a post on its X account that Qatar Airways’ flights to and from Pakistan are operating as usual, and its offices are open.
Qatar Airways further stated that recently published reports claiming that Qatar Airways has closed its offices in Pakistan are false.
The airline clarified that rumors of closing offices to reduce costs are not true. All offices will remain open, and flights will continue to operate as usual.

According to the PIA spokesperson, international flights to Kuwait, Bahrain, Doha, Dammam, and Jeddah are included in the operation. It has also been decided to expand the domestic network with additional weekly flights between Karachi and Peshawar.
The spokesperson stated that the third weekly flight from Karachi to Peshawar will be part of the schedule from January 25, while weekly two-way flights from Lahore to Kuwait will also operate from January 25.
