ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Information Secretary Raoof Hassan was injured during the attack in Islamabad.
According to reports, the attack incident took place in G-7, Islamabad. According to initial reports, the transgenders attacked with a sharp instrument and escaped from the spot. As a result of the attack, Raoof Hassan’s face was injured, and he has been shifted to the hospital for medical assistance.
According to a media report, PTI spokesman Raoof Hassan came out after recording a program in the office of a private channel when four eunuchs in a Mehran car attacked him and injured his face with a sharp blade.
Senator Shibli Faraz mentioned this attack during the Senate session.
Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said that the opposition leader has just shared this; PTI spokesman Perks attacked, where did the attack take place? These things will be seen as legal.
He said that Raoof Hasan should file a report, and his request will be followed according to the law. I will take the report from IG Islamabad or the relevant officers and inform the House.
PTI walked out of the Senate session in protest against the attack on Raoof Hassan.
