Allama Iqbal Open University Announces Schedule for Autumn 2023 Admissions

ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has unveiled the timetable for admissions in the forthcoming autumn semester of 2023. As per the official announcement by AIOU, the admission process for the initial phase of Semester Autumn 2023 will commence on July 15. Subsequently, the admissions for the second phase are scheduled to begin on September 1, encompassing various regions across the nation.

Facilities for Students

To facilitate the aspiring students in close proximity to their residences, Vice Chancellor of AIOU, Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood, has granted approval for the establishment of information counters, facilitation centers, and sale points for prospectuses throughout the country. Dr. Nasir Mahmood has further instructed regional heads to provide comprehensive guidance to the students, ensuring their seamless enrollment.

Emphasis on Participation and Convenience

In his directive, Dr. Nasir Mahmood emphasized the active participation of regional heads, tutors, and resource persons in the admission campaign to guarantee that no student is deprived of educational opportunities. Notably, candidates opting for online submission of admission application forms are exempted from the obligation of dispatching printed forms to the university, streamlining the process for their convenience.
