KPK Govt Announces Spring Holidays for Educational Institutions in 2024

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government has declared spring holidays for both public and private educational institutions throughout the province, scheduled from April 1 to April 8, 2024.

As per a notification released on Friday, all school principals, head teachers, and administrative staff are instructed to be present during this break.

Their responsibilities include overseeing the distribution of textbooks and ensuring the smooth progress of the admission process for new students as part of the enrollment campaign.

With Eid anticipated to occur around April 10, students may enjoy an extended two-week holiday period.

The final decision regarding Eid ul Fitr will be made by the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee following the sighting of the Shawal moon.
