The timings for the ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 have been announced.
The opening match is scheduled to take place at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore between the 2-time champions Islamabad United and the defending champions, Lahore Qalandars. This match will kick off at 8 pm Pakistan time.
As per the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), double-header matches in the ninth edition of the PSL will commence at 2 pm, while single matches will start at 7 pm.
With the onset of Ramadan expected from March 10 during the tournament, matches in this religious month will begin at 9 pm to accommodate cricket fans who wish to attend after completing their prayers.
An opening ceremony for PSL 9 is planned, featuring renowned artists including Ali Zafar, Aima Baig, Arif Lohar, and Noori. Fireworks and a laser show will also be highlights of the event.
