ISLAMABAD: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that his party hasn’t engaged in official discussions with PML-N, PTI, or any other political entities regarding a potential coalition.
During an interview with a private TV channel, the former foreign minister acknowledged that his party wouldn’t be capable of forming a government independently.
When questioned about any meetings between himself, his father Asif Zardari, and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal responded, “I cannot confirm any such meeting at this point. Once all results are available, we can consider engaging with others.”
Bilawal also clarified that no independent candidate from the PTI faction has reached out to him or any PPP leader thus far.
“We’ve been in contact with some independents, but none from the PTI faction have approached us,” he added.
