RAWALPINDI: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has released the schedule for the Intermediate First Annual 2025 exams. The practical exams for Matric First Annual, previously postponed on May 7 and 9, will now take place on new dates.
The civics Part II exam for non-Muslim students will not be held due to the non-publication of the textbook. These students will receive marks based on their civics Part I results.
BISE Rawalpindi Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan stated that, following instructions from the Punjab Government’s Higher Education Department, the theory exams for Intermediate and practical exams for Matric will follow the updated schedule.
For Matric practical exams, chemistry, food and nutrition, and tailoring (for special students) are scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Chemistry, dressmaking, and fashion designing exams will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

For Intermediate theory exams, papers originally set for May 7 will now take place on Monday, June 16, 2025, and those for May 9 will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025.

Candidates must appear at their assigned exam centers and sessions and arrive at least 30 minutes early. New roll number slips are available online at www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk. Regular candidates can download them through their institutions, while private candidates can access them directly from the website. Old roll number slips remain valid.
