ISLAMABAD: Kia has reduced the prices of its Sportage L lineup in Pakistan starting 1st May 2025.
According to the media reports, the move follows expectations of a price adjustment due to growing competition, especially from Hyundai’s Tucson Hybrid, which competes in the same SUV segment.
The Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson have been rivals in Pakistan’s market, offering similar features and performance. With Hyundai pricing the Tucson Hybrid competitively, analysts predicted Kia would respond with a price cut.
New Prices for Kia Sportage L (Limited Time Offer):
- Sportage L HEV: Reduced from Rs. 12,850,000 to Rs. 10,999,000 (Rs. 1,851,000 discount)
- Sportage L FWD: Now Rs. 9,999,000, down from Rs. 11,825,000 (Rs. 1,826,000 less)
- Sportage L Alpha: Now Rs. 8,499,000, reduced by Rs. 1,000,000 from Rs. 9,499,000
These prices are temporary and available only while stocks last.
Hyundai recently launched the Tucson Hybrid, directly competing with Kia’s Sportage Hybrid, this likely prompted Kia’s decision to lower prices in Pakistan.

Interested buyers should act quickly, as the offer is limited. The price cut makes the Sportage a cheaper choice in Pakistan’s SUV market and increases its competition with the Tucson. For buyers, this could lead to better offers later on.
