ISLAMABAD: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced that it will remain closed along with its branch offices throughout the country for five days during the upcoming Eid holidays 2023.
In a notification issued by the central bank, it was mentioned that all commercial banks will also remain closed from 21st to 25th April.
The federal government had already approved five holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr, and the Ministry of Interior has issued a notification, confirming that the holidays will begin on April 21 and conclude on April 25.
It is worth noting that the approval of Eid-ul-Fitr holidays was recommended to the Cabinet Division.
