ISLAMABAD: Earthquake tremors were felt in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and other cities. So far, no reports of casualties or property damage have been received.
According to details, the tremors were felt in Rawalpindi and Islamabad at 10:48 PM on Saturday.
Reports of tremors were also received from Murree and some other areas of the country. The earthquake was also felt in Chakwal, Talagang, Dheer Kot (Azad Kashmir), Samahni, and Bhimber.

The Seismic Centre reported that the earthquake measured 4.8 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was 8 kilometers southeast of Rawalpindi, and the quake originated at a depth of 17 kilometers.
It should be noted that, No immediate reports of loss of life or property damage have been received.
The tremors caused panic among residents, and people rushed out of their homes. Authorities are gathering more information about the intensity and location of the earthquake.
