Supreme Court Seniority List Revised Following Induction of New Judges

ISLAMABAD– The Supreme Court of Pakistan today ( 14-02-2025) inducted six new permanent judges and one acting judge during an oath-taking ceremony held at the Supreme Court building. Chief Justice Yahya Afridi administered the oath of office to the newly appointed judges.

The newly appointed permanent judges are:

• Justice Hashim Khan Kakar
• Justice Shafi Siddiqui
• Justice Salahuddin Panhwar
• Justice Shakeel Ahmed
• Justice Amir Farooq
• Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim

Additionally, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb has been designated as an acting judge of the Supreme Court.

The updated seniority list of judges, including the new appointments, is now available on the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s official website.
