KARACHI: Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has sealed the clinic of former President Dr. Arif Alvi.
The Sindh Building Control Authority sealed the dental clinic, which was established in a residential bungalow, while taking action in Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Block B, House No. 23B.
A heavy contingent of SBCA police took part in the operation. In this regard, the SBCA spokesperson said that the clinic was sealed as it was in a residential house. It was a routine operation, and such operations are carried out across the city.
Former President Arif Alvi wife, Samina Alvi, and son, Awab Alvi, filed an application in the Sindh High Court against the sealing of Alvi Dental Clinic.

It has been stated in the petition that SBCA sealed the dental clinic located in Sindhi Muslim Society. The reason for sealing the clinic is just political revenge; Dr. Arif Alvi is being harassed only on political grounds.
The dental clinic has been operating for a long time, and no notice was given before sealing. Sindh High Court accepted Dr. Arif Alvi petition against sealing the dental clinic.
It should be noted that the dental clinic of former President Dr. Arif Alvi is located in the Sindhi Muslim Society area of Karachi.
