LAHORE: The Punjab government is poised to launch the Ramadan Nigheban Package starting March 4.
Lists for ration distribution have been finalized by the district administration.
Arrangements for doorstep delivery of ration under the package have been concluded by the administration.
A meeting, chaired by Lahore Division Commissioner Muhammad Ali Randhawa, was convened at the Town Hall where various departmental officers were in attendance.
Commissioner Randhawa and Deputy Commissioner Rafia Haider affirmed the completion of preparations for ration delivery to deserving individuals.
Simultaneously, the district administration, following the directive of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, is actively working towards the deadline for removing encroachments.
