According to US President Joe Biden, the restoration of normalcy in relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel will be a time-consuming endeavor. He stated that American officials are actively engaged in negotiations to reach a mutually beneficial agreement in their relations.
President Biden acknowledged that there is still a considerable distance to cover before a Saudi-Israeli Relationship Agreement can be established. Nevertheless, he expressed optimism, noting that significant progress has been made in ongoing discussions.
In addressing the matter, President Biden candidly remarked that, in his opinion, the challenges faced by Saudi Arabia in normalizing relations with Israel are no greater than those faced by Israel itself. This observation reflects his belief that both parties must navigate complex issues and overcome various obstacles to forge a path towards improved relations.
