Tank and North Waziristan Shootouts: Six Terrorists Eliminated

RAWALPINDI: According to a statement from the military’s media wing, a total of six terrorists were killed in two distinct incidents of gunfire in Tank and North Waziristan Districts.

On the night of June 29 and 30, an intense exchange of fire occurred between security forces and terrorists in the Manzai area of Tank. As a result, three terrorists were neutralized by the security forces, as confirmed by the ISPR. The operation also led to the recovery of weapons and ammunition from the terrorists.

In a separate incident, security forces engaged in a confrontation with terrorists in the Razmak area of North Waziristan. During the operation, three terrorists were eliminated by the security forces. These individuals were found to be involved in carrying out acts of terrorism against security personnel and causing harm to innocent civilians.
