ISLAMABAD: After 14 years, the Islamabad High Court is set to move to a new location on Dastur Highway this coming Monday.
Today marks the final day of operations for the High Court in its current G-Ten building in Islamabad.
Starting Monday, May 22, all cases will be heard in the newly constructed building situated on Shahrah Dastur. The new High Court building has been erected between the Radio Pakistan and Foreign Office buildings.
As part of the transition, all branches, courts, and offices of the High Court have been relocated to the new premises.
According to insider information, the former High Court building will be repurposed for Family Courts, the Subordinate Judiciary, and Judge training programs.
