Islamabad High Court announces summer break schedule

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has scheduled a summer break lasting from July 10 to September 10, 2024, spanning two months.

The Registrar’s Office of the High Court has released a notification concerning the holidays. Furthermore, a distinct notification has been issued for a one-month vacation for the district courts of Islamabad.

Separate notifications for both the Islamabad High Court and subordinate courts were issued with the Chief Justice’s approval.

As per notifications, the Islamabad High Court will observe summer vacations from July 10 to September 10, while the district courts are scheduled for vacations from August 1 to August 31.

The notification stated that urgent cases, bail hearings, stay orders, and emergency cases will be heard during the vacations.
