KARACHI: Renowned Sindhi drama actress Shabiran Chana, known for her seniority in the field, has sadly passed away.
The unfortunate incident occurred on April 24 when Shabiran Chana and her daughter were involved in a severe traffic accident near Tehsil Qazi Ahmad of Nawabshah.
Following the accident, Shabiran Chana was promptly transferred to a government hospital in Karachi for immediate medical attention.
In a display of solidarity, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Provincial Culture Minister Syed Sardar Shah publicly declared that the actress would receive treatment at the government’s expense.
Despite the efforts made to save her life, Shabiran Chana could not overcome her injuries and tragically succumbed to them.
Chief Minister Sindh Shah and Provincial Culture Minister have expressed deep grief over the death of the actress.
