LAHORE: Popular Pakistani actress Hina Altaf has expressed her interest in working alongside her husband, Agha Ali, in a film project.

The actress, who started her career in TV hosting, shared her views on the responsibilities that come with acting, including long working hours.

In a recent interview, Hina also addressed the issue of female representation in Pakistani dramas, stating that viewers have the power to change the narrative by tuning out from shows that perpetuate negative stereotypes. She also spoke about the gender pay gap in the industry, highlighting the fact that women are now earning remunerations comparable to their male counterparts.

When asked about her plans for future film projects, Hina revealed that she would prefer to work alongside her husband. However, she added that the most important factor for her would be a strong script and a compelling storyline.

The actress also touched on the issue of social media trolling, acknowledging that it can leave an impact but noting that people eventually learn to ignore it over time.
