RAWALPINDI: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved the appointment of 25 parliamentary secretaries in Punjab.
As per private tv channel report, Osama Leghari has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary of the Agriculture Department, Malik Iftikhar Ahmed for Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Shoaib Owaisi for the Board of Revenue, and Mansoor Azam for the Energy Department.
Shehryar Malik has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary of the Excise & Taxation Department, and Malik Muhammad Waheed for the Food Department.
Muhammad Ajmal Khan has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary for Higher Education, Sultan Bajwa for Housing, Sonia Ashir for Human Rights & Minorities Affairs, and Hasan Askari Sheikh for the Industries, Commerce, Investments & Skill Development Department.
Shazia Rizwan has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary for the Information & Culture Department, Sahibzada Muhammad Gazain Abbasi for Labor & Manpower, and Khalid Mehmood Ranjha for the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
Khurram Khan Virk has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary for the Local Government & Community Development Department, Muhammad Zubair Khan for Mines and Minerals, Rana Muhammad Tariq Khan for Planning & Development, and Ziaullah Shah for Punjab Emergency Services.
Nausheen Adnan has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary for the School Education Department, Mian Shahid Hussain Khan for S&GAD, and Ch Arshad Javed Waraich for the Social Welfare & Baitul Mal Department.
Rushda Lodhi has been appointed as the Parliamentary Secretary for Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education, Taimur Ali Lali for Transport & Masstransit, Muhammad Anas Mahmood for Youth Affairs & Sports, Salma Saadia Taimur for Women Development, and Sultan Haider Ali Khan as the Parliamentary Secretary for the Chief Minister’s Inspection Team.
