ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued an order for the exclusion of former federal minister for human rights Shireen Mazari from the Exit Control List (ECL).
During the hearing, Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz presided over the case, with former PTI leader Shireen Mazari appearing in court alongside her legal representative.
NAB prosecutor Raffay Maqsood mentioned, “In March, we proposed the removal of Shireen Mazari’s name from the ECL as she is not implicated in the £190 million case.”
The assistant attorney general informed that the prime minister was duly notified about this on March 27. In response, Justice Imtiaz commented, “The cabinet has a substantial workload, and we can manage this matter.”
Subsequently, the court concluded Mazari’s plea by striking her name off the no-fly list.
