Two Security Officials Martyred in Suicide Blast in Dera Ismail Khan

RAWALPINDI: Two personnel were martyred in a suicide blast near the security forces convoy in Dera Ismail Khan.

As per ISPR, a suicide bomber in a vehicle detonated explosives close to the security forces convoy in the DI Khan district.

Deputy Subedar Yasir Shakeel, aged 38, and Sepoy Tahir Naveed, aged 34, were martyred in the suicide attack. Both Yasir Shakeel and Tahir Naveed hail from Kohat.

ISPR states that Pakistan’s security forces remain resolute in their commitment to eradicate terrorism. The sacrifices of our brave men continue to bolster this determination. The perpetrators of this cowardly attack will soon face justice.
