March 21-22 Declared Public Holidays in Rawalpindi for Pakistan Day Parade

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi district administration has announced public holidays on March 21st and 22nd for both the city and cantonment areas, in light of the upcoming Pakistan Day parade on March 23rd, 2024.

As per Notification No-SOW-I/(S&GAD)1-4/2018 (P-IV) issued by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi Hasan Waqar Cheema on Wednesday, all educational institutions, both public and private, along with offices, will remain closed during these days.

However, it’s important to note that this notification will not affect the ongoing SSC-1 Annual Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Secondary Education (RBISE) Rawalpindi. The 9th class exams will proceed as scheduled.
