RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was transported from Adiala jail to a hospital on Saturday due to experiencing chest discomfort.
As per information from jail authorities, Parvaiz Elahi has been moved to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology owing to cardiac issues.
It’s reported that Chaudhry Parvez Elahi had been expressing discomfort related to his heart since the previous night and received medical assessment at the prison’s medical facility.
Sources within the jail have mentioned that Parvez Elahi is also suffering from a chest infection, and essential tests are being conducted at the hospital.
