BISP sets June 30 deadline for re-survey of long-term beneficiaries

LAHORE: The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has issued an important reminder for long-term beneficiaries. If you have been receiving financial assistance from BISP for more than three years, you are now required to complete a re-survey.

The deadline to complete the survey is June 30, 2025.
Failure to update your information by this date will result in your financial support being discontinued.

To complete the process, visit your nearest BISP office with the following documents:

BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid confirmed that the re-survey is only for those who have been receiving assistance for over three years. According to a national newspaper, she said this step is necessary to reassess their current financial condition and determine whether they still qualify for aid.

Earlier, while speaking to the media in Lahore, she also shared that BISP will soon be expanded to the merged tribal districts (former FATA), under the guidance of the Senate and National Assembly committees on poverty alleviation and social protection.

In addition, she announced the upcoming launch of the Benazir Hunarmand Programme, in collaboration with NAVTTC and the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, to help skilled individuals access better job opportunities both locally and internationally.
