Punjab police announces recruitment of 6,000 constables

LAHORE: The Punjab Police has announced the recruitment of 6,000 constables and lady constables, inviting applications from eligible candidates.

According to the details, the Punjab Police has announced the recruitment of 6,000 constables and lady constables. As mentioned in the letter, applications have been invited for these positions.

Online forms for recruitment will be available on the Punjab Police website from January 11 to 25. Candidates will submit their forms in their respective districts along with a service charge of Rs. 300. The recruitment boards will ensure transparency in the process.

According to the letter, the candidate must be a resident of the province of Punjab, the respective district, and possess an identity card. No concession will be given to candidates for recruitment.

According to the announcement, the DIG will be the chairman of the recruitment board, the concerned CPO or DPO will be the secretary, and the SP will be the member. The recruitment schedule for each district of Lahore will be issued by the CPO.

According to the letter, the candidate’s height should be 5 feet 7 inches for men and 5 feet 2 inches for women. The candidate seeking recruitment must have 50% marks in the secondary board, and the age limit should be between 18 and 25 years.
