SIALKOT: The leader of the Muslim League-N and former Defense Minister, Khawaja Asif, mentioned that while the doors of the High Court and Supreme Court are accessible to the chairman of PTI, there is no such opportunity available for Nawaz Sharif.

During the Independence Day ceremony in Sialkot, Khawaja Asif expressed that the current vitality of the PML-N is a result of the unwavering determination displayed over the past five years.

He noted that Shahbaz Sharif guided the coalition of various political parties towards their objectives, acknowledging that although not all the challenges of the past four years were completely resolved, they managed to safeguard the nation from financial crisis and addressed the shortcomings of the PTI government during the two and a half years after assuming power.

Khawaja Asif noted that May 9 had been a meticulously devised strategy, but unfortunately, it did not succeed. He expressed the hope that the electorate would have the opportunity to hold those responsible accountable during the upcoming election on May 9.

The former defense minister stated that while the doors of the High Court and Supreme Court remain open for the PTI Chairman, they remain closed for Nawaz Sharif.

He proudly stated that Nawaz Sharif delivered a speech against dictatorial actions in the assembly without targeting the military or installations, showcasing the leadership’s resilience against oppression.
