ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan Ameer Engr Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman has initiated a free laptop scheme for ‘BanoQabil’ graduates.
As per report, the JI chief shared these views while addressing thousands of students who appeared for an aptitude test for BanoQabil 4.0 in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal area.
He called for one system, one standard, and one syllabus for 250 million Pakistanis, stating that the nation deserves a system founded on the principle of equality.
Prominent figures, including Educationist Dr. Ishrat Hussain, former test cricketer Sadiq Muhammad, seasoned actors Behroz Sabzwari, Ayaz Khan, Zaiba Shahnaz, and others, attended the event to inspire and encourage the participants.
Speaking on the occasion, Engr Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman stated that 60 percent of Pakistan’s population is under the age of 30, while 80 percent is below 40.

He emphasized the immense potential in Information Technology-based exports and stated that the BanoQabil program would be a game-changer in this area.
In this context, the youth must channel their energies instead of leaning toward mass exodus, he said, adding that they should focus on acquiring emerging skills.
Over the past few years, more than 48,000 students have completed the BanoQabil courses, he said, adding that the party is also actively assisting BanoQabil graduates in their job search.

On the occasion, he announced that 10,000 laptops would be distributed among BanoQabil graduates in the first phase based on their performance, enabling them to earn a livelihood in the international market.
He called on the youth, in particular, and Karachiites, in general, to stand up for their rights and eliminate dishonest rulers. Hafiz Naeem ur said Pakistan belongs to the youth, not to generals, capitalists, or influential figures.
