ISLAMABAD: Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad, has cautioned successful bidders of commercial and other plots to settle their outstanding payments within the specified timeframe to avoid the risk of losing their allotments.
This warning comes following directives from Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi during his recent visit to the CDA headquarters, which were deliberated upon in a senior officials’ meeting chaired by Randhawa.
Randhawa stressed the importance for allottees to adhere to the payment schedule to maintain their property allotments and leases. Additionally, he instructed concerned officials to address outstanding payment issues with the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco).
Moreover, the CDA Chairman commended the ongoing efforts against encroachment and urged his team to sustain the momentum.
He also lauded the dedication and integrity of the CDA board members, urging them to explore avenues for enhancing the civic body’s revenue generation to support various development initiatives independently.
