ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shafqat Mehmood has retracted his submitted nomination papers for the upcoming general elections.
Mehmood has withdrawn his nomination papers from National Assembly Constituency NA-128 and Provincial Assembly Constituency PP-170.
In a statement posted on social media, PTI leader Shafqat Mehmood mentioned, “I initially submitted nomination papers for NA-128 and PP-170, but I have now decided to withdraw from the election.”

He further stated, “I am not affiliated with any political party. May Allah be with us.”
