Regarding Imran Khan’s arrest, the Minister of Information stated that it was not politically motivated and that he would have been arrested if evidence of his involvement in illegal activities had been found earlier.

It is worth noting that during a recent discussion on the Geo News program ‘Capital Talk,’ Federal Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir mentioned that the cabinet had considered the possibility of banning PTI, but no decision had been made so far. He also emphasized that banning the party was not a solution to the current situation.
