ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) recently launched a biker service for the convenience of the people, through this service, other facilities including renewal of the National Identity Card will be provided at home.
Verification of fingerprints, photograph, and other steps for citizens availing the facility will be completed at the applicant’s home. After printing, the National Identity Card will be delivered to the citizen’s home by NADRA bikers.
With the NADRA Biker facility, the process of issuing and renewing national identity cards will be possible at any citizen’s home. Under this facility, citizens will be able to call NADRA staff to their homes for various stages of the national identity card process. How to Schedule the Biker Service?
- Call NADRA at 1777 from your mobile phone.
- Press 1 to choose options, then press 2 to speak with a Biker Service representative.
- Share the details of what you need (new CNIC, address change, etc.) and your location.
- Request an appointment by informing the representative that you want to book an appointment.
- Confirm Appointment: You will receive a message with the appointment details.
Fee for the NADRA Biker Service:
In addition to the standard application price, there is a Rs 1,000 service fee. A new CNIC with Biker Service costs Rs 1,500. You can pay with a card or in cash.
